At Jamaica One Love Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to be clear and transparent about deposits, cancellations, and refunds before you book.

This policy applies to transportation and private tour services booked directly with Jamaica One Love Tours. Resort reservations, Club Mobay, travel insurance, attractions, and other services provided by third parties may be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the individual travel provider.

1. Transportation & Private Tour Deposits

If you cancel 12 or more days before your scheduled service, we will refund your deposit for transportation or private tour services booked directly with Jamaica One Love Tours.

2. Cancellations Within 12 Days

If you cancel within 12 days of your scheduled transportation or private tour service, your deposit is non-refundable. Our drivers reserve time specifically for your booking, and we may not be able to fill that time on short notice.

3. Third-Party Travel Services

All-inclusive resorts, Club Mobay, travel insurance, attractions, and other third-party travel services may have their own deposit, cancellation, change, and refund policies. We will provide or explain the applicable terms when these services are booked.

4. Changes to Your Plans

If your travel plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to transportation or private tour arrangements when availability allows. Changes involving third-party reservations are subject to the provider’s terms and availability.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at info@jamaicaonelovetours.com with your name and booking details. We’ll respond with the next steps.

Thank you for choosing Jamaica One Love Tours. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your time in Jamaica and believe clear expectations make travel easier for everyone.
