Booking Refund Policy
A full refund of your 50% deposit will be given for services that are cancelled 12 or more days prior to your scheduled date of service, unless otherwise specified. Once you are within the 12-day schedule service window, the service becomes non-refundable.
Our drivers have set aside time to accommodate your request and services and will often not be able to fill that space with another customer. This is why we must have a non-refund policy within the 12 day window.
