Our goal is to be fair and transparent, while also honoring the time and care our team commits to your booking.

1. Deposit Refunds

If you cancel 12 or more days before your scheduled service, we will refund your full deposit.

2. Inside the 12-Day Window

If cancellation is made within 12 days of your scheduled service, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Because we reserve our driver’s time just for your family, we cannot always fill that space on short notice.
